Hi , since you’re handy with your multimeter, you can test the resistance of each abs sensor looking for around 1k or thereabouts. If this doesn’t isolate the culpruit it may be a corroded dirty or broken reluctor ring which isn’t being read properly by a wheel sensor. You can also check the output of each on an oscilloscope on a vehicle of that age as the sensors will be self-inducing and give you a good signal if they’re working properly. Hope this helps. Never liked frontera’s ben, but that video was just as entertaining as the others. Goes to show it’s not always the content but how it’s made and presented which makes it worth watching. It does help when it’s a tasty classic, but some cars are tastier than other cars. Still great watching you fix em’ up though! 😀👍🏻

to test the abs sensors just use a multimeter if its a 2 wire sensor, set it to ohms then unplug each sensor and put the multimeter wires into the two terminal holes in the sensor plug then you should get a reading the sensor is working if it doesent then the sensor is f**ked the 2 rear sensors should be within 1% of each other. works on most 2 wire abs sensors 👍. a quick guide here the same as i test them. ua-cam.com/video/ZNnOfOMMjgs/v-deo.html , all vauxhall petrols are obd2 from 2001 and diesels from 2004. hope this helps for future.

Top tip for you with plastic bumpers. Teak oil with a microfibre cloth. Just wipe in one direction with a liberal bit of teak oil on the cloth. Lasts bloody ages, doesn't streak when rains. Be mindful not to get it on your paintwork directly. Got mine in b&m, was about £2 for 250ml. Better than back to black etc and 1/4 of the price. Love the videos

Frontera b great car if you think thats quick you should try a manual rs model they were well quick Abs check the abs sensor pick up they were common for corrosion especially if been sat or faulty sensors also great to see another 1 going strong!!😀

Ah, okay, now I understand it, after watching all the way to the end. Yes, we got both the Opel Frontera and the Isuzu Trooper. While they certainly had a lot in common, if you scratched the surface, much like badge engineered VW/Audi/SEAT/Skoda products, they were very different from the original buyer’s perspective. Completely different front end treatment and sufficient differences inside to know what you were sitting in. They appealed to different demographics. They also suffered from vastly different depreciation rates. The Opels fell off a cliff, once you took them off the forecourt and kept right on falling, to such an extent that almost none survived their banger years. Many were broken to keep Isuzus on the road. By contrast, the Isuzu was quick to acquire a cult status, much like the Pajero/Shogun. They held their value well and several early ones are now cherished classics.

So glad this failed to sell on eBay and decided to get it up and running. I had one for 5 years and it was a beast. If you pull the key fob apart and put some tin foil between the battery and the contact, it will solve your starting issue. It's a common fault. There is a button on your dash, to the left of the wheel, has four wheels and a drive shaft on it. Press that with wheels straight ahead and you can engage low and high range 4WD.

The way the paint came back was cool , i have a 2004 vw transporter T5 and its white with a red roof and its pink 😂im definitely getting some of that g3 and a mop , it clearly works amazingly
